YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE IN MANY WAYS
AMS relies on the active participation of our supporters to continue our service programs. Volunteers are welcome to share in a variety of projects, including simply sharing your good ideas with us. To participate please email Vidya@www.americanmeditationsociety.org
This is our current list of needs. As you can see, many of these can be done right from your own home.
We need help and ideas on fundraising. Talk with others who appreciate our classes, retreats and the books that we make available. Connect them with information about the value of meditation, our classes and ways they can contribute.
Determine and catalogue what we have and where it all is!
Help keep our website up to date!
Help gather information for our newsletter.
Identify appropriate organizational donors who are a good fit for American Meditation Society funding. Projects include funding new books that we have planned.
Write reviews of American Meditation Society titles for our website; post your reviews of our titles at Amazon.com and other online bookstores.
Make contact with a holistic health practicianer, yoga studio, librarian or professor. Give them www.americanmeditationsociety.org to share our resources and services. Write a blog featuring your experience with meditation AMS practices.
Do you know someone in the media who might review a book or video? Or even want to write an article about AMS, a long standing meditation organization. You can help us get publicity. Do you know someone interested in learning to meditate? Encourage them to do it!
AUDIO PRODUCTION VOLUNTEER:

Help spread the word about American Meditation Society at holistic health fairs and educational conferences. Meet attendees and bring more awareness about the value of meditation.
