I was introduced to meditation as a child through religious instruction, and reintroduced to alternative practices in 2000 after a serious automobile accident prompted me to find a way to manage chronic neck pain. It has proven remarkable that the techniques I have discovered initially through Biofeedback Therapy could be used to control pain and influence the nervous system to reduce stress and increase well-being. Relaxation techniques that anyone can do, alleviating the physical wear and tear of daily living. It is my intent to share this transformative work, recognizing the value of meditation to overcome obstacles, relax and find quietude within.
