IFSU

The International Foundation for Spiritual Unfoldment is a collective of independent societies worldwide that are dedicated to teach meditation according to the method designed by Gururaj Ananda Yogi which we call the Path of Unfoldment. These societies are run by the students of Gururaj.

Our societies teach a non-denominational, non-sectarian meditation method which is individually designed for each person according to their specific needs. A range of instruction is available including meditation for beginners to advanced practices. These advanced practices are tailored to the individual after they use the beginning practices for a short time. The individualization of the practices is one of the aspects of AMS that makes this organization unique and effective.
